Terms of Return, Exchange, Cancellation and Warranty

1) Terms of return:

The item can be returned within 14 days only from the date of purchase, provided that it is in the same condition as the purchase without being stained or poorly used.

You can return the products but with the invoice within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

After 14 days of order delivery, returns cannot be completed, shipping costs are not covered by Twigy, and invoiced returns are not accepted.

Online orders from our stores or distributors are not returned.

If the product is returned, the shipping (delivery) fees paid are not refundable.

It is essential that product labels and logos not be damaged.

Refunds will be made within 7 working days from the day it was received by Twigy in accordance with the return terms.

Refunds will be made on your credit card, and you will be notified of the savings code via email with the provisioning code, Any financial transactions that are documented on your account statement in agreement with your bank, and you can contact your bank to inform you of your savings code in case Not notifying you of any changes in your financial operations

2) Terms of Exchange:

You must specify the same product number you want on the invoice, if the number you specified is available, an exchange will be made, otherwise, a refund will be given, and cannot be exchanged for a different product.

3) Terms of Cancellation

In cases where you ordered the wrong product or changed your mind, you can cancel the order.

The order must be canceled within the first 15 minutes after the order has been placed, and orders canceled after this period will not be processed.

Click on the product you want to cancel from the My Orders tab.

Click the “Cancel/Refund” button on the “Select Action” tab just above, then click the “Submit” button, you can cancel by selecting the reason for cancellation/refund.

After canceling your order, you must inform us by calling our customer service number

It is not possible to cancel your orders that have been delivered for the goods, in this case you can send your order as a return.

4) Warranty Terms:
Because Twigy has certified unconditional customer satisfaction, every product you purchase is under our warranty, which makes us obligated to comply with consumer rights law.

Open and check packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the representative of the company from whom you received them.

If there is any damage to the product, do not receive the product by keeping a record with the shipping company.

Do not forget that once you receive the product, the shipping company has fulfilled its duty in full after receiving the product.

Returns of used and destroyed products and the like are not accepted, the customer is obligated to return the product as it was when it was delivered to him, and in the case of use, the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use is compensated.
